What documents you can upload

You can upload the following types of documents to EscrowCheckup:

• Escrow statements
• Property tax bills
• Insurance declaration pages

How your documents are used

When you upload a document, it is organized and prepared so the key details are ready for your summary. No human reviews your documents. No data from your documents is used to train machine learning models or shared with third parties outside of the processors named on this page.

Encryption and storage

All documents are encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your documents are stored on U.S.-based servers using cloud infrastructure.

You control your documents

You can delete any document at any time from your Document Vault. Deleted documents are permanently purged within 30 days. If you would like to delete your account entirely, you can request that by emailing [email protected].
