How your documents are used

Your uploaded documents are used solely to generate your escrow analysis and are never shared outside the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

EscrowCheckup is committed to protecting your personal information. We use industry-standard encryption to safeguard your documents and data both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

Your data is stored on U.S.-based servers using cloud infrastructure.

No other third parties receive your data.

How long we keep your data

You can delete any document at any time from your Document Vault. Deleted documents are permanently purged within 30 days. Account deletion can be requested by emailing [email protected].

Children's privacy

This platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use tracking pixels. We do not serve ads.

Product usage logging

When you use our public calculators without signing in, we record aggregate, non-identifying event counts (for example, that a projection was calculated) along with rounded value ranges rather than the exact numbers you typed. These records are not linked to any persistent visitor identifier and cannot be traced back to you.

When you use tools while signed in, we log the exact inputs you provide so we can show and improve your saved comparisons. Those records are tied to your account and deleted with your account.

Your control

You retain full control over your data. You can delete any document at any time from your Document Vault.
